So iPods are small enough to take anywhere. You can take them to the gym, buy a fancy cheap little gadget and play them through your car stereo, lay on the beach with them, drink coffee at the play centre and watch your kids without the noise of other peoples kids, cook with them, iron with them, run with them, listen to them whilst you wait in silence for your kid to fall asleep and then fall asleep with them yourself. They are very portable gadgets.

What happens to our lives when we learn to listen and learn with our iPods. There are thousands of records to be downloaded that cost money, but some are still free. People share on the Internet and they often share for free. Some produce fantastic podcasts. You can find podcasts on a wide range of topics including motherhood, management techniques, technology and small business. Some produce shows with really good content. After a while you find the ones you like and become avid listeners. One that I need to find more time to listen to is Small Biz Podcasts. This is a fantastic podcast to listen to if you have or are thinking of running a small business, as includes a wealth of useful advice and tips.
